ACP Autumn Network Event

On 9 November 2023, courtesy of GKN Aerospace, the ACP undertook its second Network event, this time in GKN’s Global Technology Centre at Filton, Bristol. During the day students explored the themes of sustainability, digitisation, and advanced manufacturing in aerospace, with an agenda filled with engaging sessions such as: a careers panel; an interactive technology showcase fair; workshop tours – and had plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

The event was a great success for which the ACP is extremely grateful to: John Pritchard, President Civil Airframe GKN Aerospace; Sameer Savani, VP GTC UK; and all their team, in particular Bethany Hall, Megan Williams and Laura Bean who were deeply involved in the planning as well as the execution.
