The SACP Welcomes Rikke Carmichael as Trustee

The SACP is delighted to announce the appointment of Rikke Carmichael as a Trustee of the charity.

Rikke brings more than 30 years of aviation experience to the SACP, with a career spanning commercial helicopter operations, aviation consultancy, defence training, operational leadership and the growing field of drones and uncrewed aircraft systems.

With extensive experience as a helicopter pilot, Rikke has held senior positions across the aviation sector, including roles with Boeing Defence UK and Network Rail. She is now Director and owner of aviation consultancy Consultavia, where her work covers both established aviation operations and emerging technologies.

Rikke is also a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society and has a strong interest in supporting and mentoring the next generation of aviation professionals.

Her operational and industry experience will bring valuable additional expertise to the SACP as we extend our work with schools, young people and organisations across the aviation, aerospace and space sectors.

We look forward to working with Rikke as a Trustee and to the contribution she will make to the charity’s continued development.
